Privacy notice
This notice describes the early access form that is implemented on this site. It is not complete for publication until the site owner adds the missing details listed at the end.
What the form collects
If you submit the early access form, the server stores the information you enter:
- Whether you are a founder seeking early access or a mentor interested in participating.
- Your name and email address. The email address is stored in lowercase.
- For founders: an optional company name, an optional description of your biggest business challenge, and which planned price you selected. The planned prices shown on the site are Single Mentor at £49/month, Janus Board at £499/month, or not sure yet.
- For mentors: your area of expertise and an optional LinkedIn or website URL.
- Whether you opted in to marketing updates. That box is optional, unticked, and not required to submit. If you opt in, the time of that choice is stored. If you do not, no consent time is stored.
- The time the submission was created and last updated.
Administrators can add a review status and private notes. Those notes are not shown on the public site. Joining early access is free. The form does not collect card numbers or start a paid subscription.
How it is used
Submitted information is used to manage early access or mentor enquiries. That includes reviewing submissions in a private admin dashboard and, when email delivery is configured, sending one confirmation email. The founder confirmation says we will be in contact when early access is available. The mentor confirmation says we will follow up about participating. Neither email promises a date or an approval.
A repeated submission for the same email address and applicant type updates the existing record instead of creating another one. Marketing consent is not a condition of joining.
Who processes it
- Supabase stores the submissions and provides administrator sign-in, when those services are configured.
- Resend sends the confirmation email, when an API key and a verified sender address are configured. If they are not configured, the submission can still be stored and no confirmation email is sent.
- Vercel hosts the website.
Public visitors cannot read or edit the stored submissions through the database. The public form is accepted by this site’s server, which uses a server-side credential.
Still needed before publication
The site owner still needs to add:
- The legal name of the organisation responsible for this site.
- A contact method for privacy questions.
- How long submissions are kept.
- The region where the database is hosted, if that should be stated.
Those details are not invented here. This page does not offer legal assurances.
